The Focus: This state audits the Interface Protocols of the group. We focus on tribal leadership logic, negotiation physics, and conflict-resolution algorithms. We apply engineering-grade psychology to bartering, community security, and small-team dynamics. The goal is “Network Cohesion”: ensuring that every human node in your circle is synchronized and functioning toward a common Command Intent.
